Connect it and every new member, chat lead and session request is added to your GoHighLevel contacts with tags, so your own automations take over from there. Skip this if you do not use GoHighLevel: the site works the same without it.

In GoHighLevel open your sub-account, then Settings > Private Integrations > Create new integration.
Tick the scopes View Contacts, Edit Contacts and View Locations, then copy the token. It is shown once.
Copy your Location ID from Settings > Business Profile.
Paste both below, save, then press Test connection.

Tags added automatically: membership-signup, strategy-session-requested, chat-lead, plus your tag above.

Where these are used

Zoom link: filled in for you when you confirm a session on the Calls tab.
Calendar link: replaces the "when are you free" form on every member dashboard with your live calendar.
GoHighLevel: contacts land in your sub-account within seconds of a signup. Nothing is sent when it is off.
The name, phone and email on the public pages come from the build. Ask Launch Automation to change those.

Brand and marketing kit

Your logo files, brand colors and fonts, and social graphics built around the calculator and the free membership live in a shared Google Drive folder managed by Launch Automation. Email the team for the link or to request new pieces.

Brand guide

Colors, fonts, spacing, voice and the do-not list, so anything made for Protected With Love by you, a team member or a designer looks like it belongs with the site.

Logo kit

The Protected With Love mark in dark and light versions, square and horizontal, for social profiles, email signatures and print.

Social media posts

Ready-to-post graphics and captions built around the calculator, the head start message and the free membership.
